Zelle is the easiest way for First Free Methodist Church to receive and process 100% of your financial gift.
Zelle is free, easy, safe, has zero fees, and is available through most banks (i.e. PNC, Chase, and many others). It operates as an electronic bank transfer (similar to writing a check). If your bank offers Zelle (click here to see), it is easy to set up through your bank's mobile app.
Once you have Zelle set up, you simply send the amount you want to give via Zelle to firstname.lastname@example.org. Within minutes, your bank activity will show confirmation "ZEL TO INDIANAPOLIS FIRST FREE" along with the amount you gave.
In order to keep track of your gift, the first time you give, please send an email to email@example.com from your personal email stating your name, address, and that you gave through Zelle, so that we are able to send you an accurate charitable contribution letter at the end of the year (see more info at bottom of this page).
JustGiving allows non-profits to receive 100% of the donor's financial gift.
When you click on the JustGiving icon below, you will be taken to First Free Methodist Church's JustGiving page. Type in the amount you want to give, make adjustments to the JustGiving "contribution amount" by clicking "other" (any number, including $0, works), then click "Continue". On the next page, you will need to select the method you want to give: Google Pay, Venmo, Credit or Debit Card, or PayPal. Lastly, follow the directions to complete the donation.
Charitable Contribution Letter:
In January of the following calendar year, if you have given $250 or more to First Free Methodist Church, you will receive a charitable contribution letter thanking you and acknowledging the amount you have given the previous calendar year. This letter will come to you via mail or email. If you have donated and have not received a letter, we may not have had your physical address or email address, or if your amount is incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly assist you with getting the correct charitable contribution letter to you.
